FORT WORTH, TX – September 17, 2014 – The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra presents an evening with country music superstar Sara Evans. Backed by the Fort Worth Symphony, she’ll take the Bass Performance Hall stage to perform hits like “Suds in the Bucket” and “Born to Fly.” The concert will also include singles from her latest album, Slow Me Down.

Since emerging in the late 1990s, Sara Evans has had a prolific recording career that has seen the sale of more than 6 million albums. In the spring of 2014, she released her seventh studio album, Slow Me Down, which it has been climbing the charts since that time. She has received awards from the Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music, Billboard Music Awards, and has garnered nominations for Grammy Awards, American Country Awards and CMT Music Awards. Evans won the hearts of America as the first country artist to compete in ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.
