Bruce C.: “I was referred here by a friend of mine who is a dentist and went to school with Dr. Morel. I wasn’t very happy with my old dentist, so I thought I’d try a new one and got a recommendation.

So I’ve been going here for the last 3 years or so. I don’t mind coming here. First off, the staff is really nice. Scheduling has never been a problem and just recently, when my bridge fell out, they fit me in the next day, so I wouldn’t look like a slack-jawed yokel for longer than need be. They’ve always shot straight with me, but I’ve been lucky and haven’t had much need. I did have a couple fillings that were old that Dr. Morel replaced. The wife had a bunch of cavities and just recently a need for a root canal (none the fault of Dr. Morel, she did her best, but the wife’s previous quack dentist did a number to her teeth). The only time I’ve had anything bad to say is when the light went out in the bathroom and I had to go in the dark. No big deal. At least there were candles lit to give some light.

First of all, Dr. Morel’s excellent skills in anesthetizing teeth deserve the highest recognition. Not only, I have never felt her injecting, regardless of the type and complexity of the procedure, I have never felt any discomfort. Dr. Morel offers the same day crowns, which is truly amazing and very convenient and unique. I came today with the broken tooth and I was sure, it needed to be pulled out. Within two hours, I have left the office with the beautifully designed and matched new crown! I have moved from Plano 3 years ago and despite the long distance I continue to see Dr. Morel. My grown up sons 23 and 25 truly enjoy going to see Dr. Morel and her co-workers, despite remote location from our house. Dr. Morel, her support staff and beautiful office should serve as an example to many medical offices not only in the Metroplex, but in the country. Every visit in this exemplary office has been always a great and very pleasant experience. Thank you, Dr. Morel, and all assistants for creating such special and friendly environment.
